Dhammarts’ Indigo Boro Handbag is made from a variety of indigo and naturally dyed cotton fragments, which are creatively and manually patched one by one.

Using handspun cotton yarn in weft and refined cotton yarn in warp, our fabrics are solely handwoven with traditional handloom by highly skilled local artisans in northeastern Thailand. Each Dhammarts’ Indigo Boro Handbag has a unique textural beauty and character. The subtle variations in texture and the beautifully arranged patchwork of various fabrics with different naturally dyed colors/patterns make each Dhammarts’ Indigo Boro Handbag one of a kind!

The bag is unisex and spacious making it suitable for many occasions and will definitely add a rustic charm and eco-friendly style to your outfit. A simple design with medium-length handle that allows for both cross-body and over-shoulder wear.

The lining is made out of vintage Japanese kimono sashes originated from some lovely travel finds during our past Japan trips, which are now upcycled into a new form.

By reusing leftover fabrics and reviving those vintage clothes to create new items textile waste is minimized as much as possible at Dhammarts.

The inner lining has a zipped pocket to securely store your small items. The bag closes with a magnetic snap closure in nickel finish.
